Yes there is.

Parking is available at the back of the clinic, through the roller door (access from Nolan Street).

There is also free street parking conveniently located on Lucan Street and Nolan Street.

Disabled undercover car parking is available at the front of the property (access from Lucan Street, heading towards Bendigo CBD).

We recommend wearing something you feel comfortable in, preferably shorts or fitted leggings, so we can thoroughly assess your function and form an accurate diagnosis. We might also need to access the skin and muscles up to your knee, so please make sure this is possible. You should bring your trainers and the shoes you wear most often, including work or school shoes, for assessment.

No, you do not need a referral to see any of our friendly Podiatrists.

However, there are several referrals we do accept please see the list below and how payment is organised.

Medicare – your doctor may provide you with a Chronic Disease Management Plan or EPC. We are no longer offering bulk bill services for these referrals. You will pay our concession rate of $73 and a Medicare rebate of $60.35 will be paid directly to you from Medicare. You will be out of pocket $12.65 for your Podiatry appointment.*

*note – any additional appointment costs or take-home treatments will be charged at an affordable rate to the patient.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) – we accept all DVA (white* and gold card) referrals. Please request a D904 referral from you Doctor to access our services.

*note – white card holders are only accepted for certain medical conditions and prior approval for services is required.

Home Care Package – we accept home care packages and will forward all invoice on to your care package coordinator or accounts team.

NDIS – we can accept self-managed and plan-managed clients, we will bill your third-party provider directly for you. We are not a registered NDIS provider and therefore are unable to accept NDIA managed clients.

TAC – we accept TAC patients.

Work Cover – we accept Work cover patients.

Yes, if you have extras cover through you PHI. For your convenience we have HICAPS facilities in the clinic and will bill your provider directly for an instant rebate.

Not all health funds are created equal, please contact your health fund directly to find out how you are covered for podiatry services. Please note we can provide quotes for orthoses and surgeries so you know how much you will be out of pocket beforehand.

At Evolve Podiatry Bendigo we are very confident in our ability to help almost everyone with any of their foot health complaints. However, if for whatever reason you are not seeing any clinical improvements within your pre-determined timeline (we will likely know before you will), then we will refer you on to a Sport Specialist, Podiatric Surgeon, Orthopaedic Surgeon, or other specialist Health Care Professional that we believe will be able to help you.

We require notification of all cancellations and appointment changes at close of business (5pm) the day prior to your scheduled appointment.

​Cancellations made on the day of your scheduled appointment will attract a $40 fee.

​Appointments that are not attended without prior notice will also attract a $40 fee.
